Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. Items will ship in either bubble mailers, poly mailers or with cardstock protection to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. All orders come with tracking, so you'll know exactly when to expect your goods. Shipping is currently only available within the US.

Refund Policy
Sorry, but I do not offer refunds. Items are hand-picked and shipped well-packaged to ensure they arrive safely, but if there is any sort of issue along the way, please feel free to contact me so I can do my best to fix the problem for you. After all, the main intent behind my art is to bring joy, so I want to make sure you walk away a happy customer!
Please note, I reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. However, don't worry; this is rare, and is most often due to issues processing payment. Please make sure your information is correct during checkout, and keep an eye on your e-mail until the order has shipped out, just in case there is an issue with the order.
Privacy Policy
I hate those pesky spam messages just as much as the next person. So, you can rest easy knowing that any information shared during the checkout process is only used to fulfill your current order.
You may choose to opt into communications such as newsletters and coupons. You can be assured that your information will not be shared with or sold to any outside companies, and you may feel free to unsubscribe at any point.
Companies contributing to this website, such as the various payment options at checkout and the web hosting vendors, as well as outside venues such as Instagram, will each have their own Privacy Policies.

From time to time, contests may be run exclusively on the shop's Instagram account. Contests run through Instagram will have their own set of rules, each described in their own Master post. Contest winners will always be tagged in the winner announcement post after the contest ends, as well as personally messaged. If the contest involves something like art or photography, the submission will also be displayed in the winner announcement post. An entry into the contest is an agreement to be tagged or shared in direct relation to the contest in the chance that you win. If no response is received within 5 days of the winning announcement, the prize will be considered forfeited and sent to the next randomly selected winner.
